Welcome to Rippedology!

  • First off, I want to congratulate you on taking the first step toward getting the lean and ripped body you have always wanted. If you are on this website, you must have a desire to change your health and body.

    If you ever thought that ripped look was reserved for the genetic elite, I am here to tell you can lose every bit of that fat. No matter how stubborn or how far from being ripped you currently are.

    I want to make one thing clear right now:

    “The world needs more diet and training advice like I need another hole in my head!”

    In fact, if I see another “diet course” from another so called fat loss “expert” who has never even been truly fat themselves, I think I am going to puke!

    Wow, did it feel good to write that!

    You see, I have been on a journey to get lean and ripped for over 15 years. Although I was close several times. I have failed time and time again. But through these years I have read a gargantuan amount of information on body chemistry, hormones, diet, and exercise.

    I thought this was a good thing, but I found all I did was cause a lot of confusion on what the truth really was.

    So over these 10 years I have turned myself into a fat loss lab rat of sorts. Not intentionally. I really just wanted to escape my fat suit once and for all. But after so many failed attempt. I began to lose faith.

    I began to believe that my body was broken. The I was genetically cursed. In fact, I was so frustrated I began looking for plastic surgeons to suck the fat out. But through a struck of luck or destiny. I stumbled onto some science that made me question all my previous beliefs.

    The point is that this piece of the puzzle is what gave me the breakthrough that made all the pieces fall into place. All those years of study now paid off. Because I could now could see the truth. This allowed me to finally crack the fat loss code.

    No longer do I believe that I have f**ked up genetics, or the curse of a fat childhood. I finally learned how to work with my body, and not against it. Some of the things I discovered were so simple it literally shocked me. You see there are so many things being touted as the solution for getting lean and ripped.

    Low Carb, High Protein, Low Fat, Zone, South Beach, and on and on and on.

    Here is the truth. They will all work to a degree, but they won’t get you ripped. Especially for life.

    They are all missing some key pieces, and that’s what makes Rippedology different. A complete A to Z solution. With none of the B.S.

    Now I have some promises I am going to make to you:

    There will be no hype on this blog. If it is in here, it works, and mere mortals can make it work.

    • I am no bodybuilder, personal trainer, physical therapist, or any other fitness professional. I am just a guy like you. With three kids, a dog, and a life full of distractions. Like you frustrated with being trapped in my fat and sloppy body. Together we can change that!
    • This is a “get ripped slow” program. That’s right, it won’t happen overnight. But if you follow it, it will work for you. Consider this fair warning.
    • If you stick with me, I am going to show you ALL of the secrets that I know. And I know just about all of them.
    • I might cover some very advanced stuff, but I will make it understandable. Making complex subjects understandable is one of my gifts (hey, this is my publication… I can brag if I want!).

    Does that sound like a deal?

    Bottom line, stick with me and we will get truly ripped together, all while still living life. Which is what most people forget about.

    My brain is packed full of specific, concrete steps for you to take – steps that will take that stubborn fat and finally throw it into the fire. Step to make you body burn more fat watching an hour of TV than doing an hour of cardio. My heart is overflowing with a passion to share it with you. My life was changed when someone showed me these secrets. Now I want to pass that favor along.

    But I have something that I am not proud of to share. In spite of finding the solution, I have let myself get out of shape and fat again! A brutal divorce and custody battle switched my priorities away from my plan, and after six months of stress I got fat!

    That is why today is the beginning of my own personal challenge to get ripped in 2012. Will you join me?

  • Yes, the inspiration in this introduction and the information as well makes me want to stick with you and this program. Today is the beginning of the New Me in 2011.

    Ok, so after the first week, I have lost 1 pound. Getting used to the fasting though. I plan to get a good workout today when I get off work. I havn’t recieved the product in the mail yet. I really wanted to start that yesterday. No problem though. Have a good week. Hope to hear some of your results soon.
